  • Cancellations made 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee, which will be communicated to you during the cancellation process.

3. Missed Flights or No-Show Policy

If you miss your flight or fail to show up for your scheduled pickup without prior notification, no refund will be issued. Please ensure you provide accurate flight information to avoid any misunderstandings.

4. Refunds Processing

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5 business days from the date of the cancellation request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the reservation.

5. Exceptions
